Security
Each ETA user is assigned a user-defined User Type, allowing managers to control page access across the system. Users can be grouped into types like students, instructors, admin, cashier, or ops desk. After defining types, managers assign ETA pages with access levels: No Access, Read Only, Limited Read, or Read/Write. Roles can also be assigned to individuals for approval authority over ETA managerial functions.

ETA can be customized by the user for unique customer requirements! The definitions component provides the capability to define labels, pick lists or drop down menus, location operating rules and parameters such as date and time thresholds or durations, and much more.
