Each Talon product is priced on its own and scales to the size of your operation.

Talon ETA

Priced per active student or per curriculum enrollment, and scaled to the size of your school. You're only charged for enrollments in training curricula. Internal courses, such as instructor standardization, aren't charged. In many cases, schools can pass the charge on to the student as part of their training fees.

About Talon ETA

Talon RMS

Priced per aircraft, in fleet-size brackets, and scaled to the size of your fleet. You're only charged for aircraft. Simulators and other resources aren't charged. Because pricing is set by bracket, you may be able to grow your fleet, by four aircraft for example, without your price changing. If you only need more comprehensive event tracking to pair with Talon ETA, without work orders or inventory, a lighter RMS option is available at a reduced cost.

Getting Your Price

Your price depends on which products you use and the size of your operation: how many students or enrollments, how many aircraft, and how many Talon products you combine.

Your quote also covers onboarding, including on-site setup and training when you choose it.

Because pricing details are proprietary, they are typically shared after a standard NDA and a demonstration of the system.

Custom Reports

Need a report that isn’t built in? Custom reports are a one-time fee, with no monthly charge to keep them running. Have an idea for a report every school could use? Suggest it. If we add it to the built-in reports, there’s no charge.

Who owns our data?

You do. Your data belongs to you, the customer.

How long does ETA take to implement?

Implementation can take as little as 7 days depending on preparation, but most schools go live within 2 to 3 weeks.

What can you import from our current system?

We can import courses, definitions, currencies, qualifications, students, instructors, other personnel, and assignments. Past training records aren’t imported, but we can attach them to each student as PDF, Word, or Excel files so they stay with the student’s file.

How would my team prepare for a demonstration?

A demonstration typically runs about 1.5 hours per system, with roughly 30 minutes for questions. The more you tell us about what your school wants to solve, the better we can tailor a brief, productive demonstration.
