This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Talon Systems, LLC (“Talon Systems,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our website at talonsystems.com (the “Site”). It does not cover data processed inside our TalonETA, TalonRMS, or TalonSMART applications on behalf of customers — that information is governed by the agreements between Talon Systems and each customer organization.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

Information you give us. When you submit our contact / demo request form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, number of students or aircraft, the products you’re interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we collect limited technical and usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate (city-level) location, browser and device type, and similar analytics. We collect this through the cookies and tools described in the Cookies section below.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to your inquiries and demo requests, to provide and improve the Site, to understand site traffic and performance, and to protect the Site against spam and abuse. We do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
